Refund policy

THESYNDCT Platinum is a digital membership. We want you to be happy with what you pay for, so this policy is simple.

30-day refund

If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of your payment and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.

After 30 days

Payments are not refundable after 30 days, unless we fail to provide a feature that was live when you paid.

Features marked coming soon

Mentors, clubs, meetups and the AI study assistant are listed as coming soon. They are not part of what you are paying for today, and we add them to Platinum at no extra cost when they launch.

How to request a refund

Email worktausifkhan@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and include your payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take longer to show it.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but your plan did not activate, or you were charged twice, email us right away. We will fix it or refund you.
